- Not having a debited or bankrupt First PREMIER account in the last 36 months.

Go to the official First PREMIER Bank page and click on the “Compare Our Cards” button. This will take you to a shopping page between two products from this bank. To apply, click on the PREMIER Bankcard® Secured card image. This is the second card that appears on the site, in green.
Now just fill in the form data. Don’t forget to enter a valid phone number and email. Finally, click “continue” to answer a few more questions and confirm your candidacy.
