Take a look at the list below and see if you are eligible to apply for the Capital One Low Rate Guaranteed Mastercard® card:

  • Be of legal age according to the criteria of the province or state in which you live;
  • Not having a Capital One account or an account opening request under review;
  • Not having applied for any of the Capital One products in the last 30 days or having outstanding Capital One accounts in the last year.

To apply by computer, simply access the Capital One Low Rate Guaranteed Mastercard® official website. There, click on the green “apply now” button at the bottom of the screen. You will be taken to an application form. This is a “pre-application”.

This is a basic questionnaire to find out if you are eligible for any of the Capital One cards. After filling it out completely, click on “Review my application” and then on the same button to finalize your pre-registration.

In a short time, you will receive your result by email and how to proceed to confirm your registration.
