WestJet Airlines is known as the second largest airline in Canada. This company offers direct and stopover flights to more than 100 domestic and international destinations. Check below some of the destinations the company can take you to: Alberta, Manitoba, Newfoundland/Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan (Canada); Antigua, Bahamas, Belize, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Jamaica (America) and France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Netherlands and United Kingdom (Europe).
WestJet Airlines is sensitive to the demand for direct flights and is always looking to offer this service. However, not all travel destinations offered by this company have direct flights. Virtually all Canadian cities connected by this company’s routes offer direct flights. Some cities in Canada already have direct flights from WestJet to cities in the United States, Mexico and other countries in America. However, this company does not yet offer direct flights to Europe or Asia.
First, it is important to know that baggage fees must preferably be paid within 24 hours of purchasing your tickets. After that time, shipping fees increase by $10. So, for domestic and international travel, you’ll pay fees from $30 to $35.40 for the first checked bag, $50 to $59 for the second bag, and $100 to $118 for the third and fourth bag. Travel to Europe and Asia are subject to higher fees.
