How to apply on the website

To apply for the Navyist Rewards Mastercard®, you must access their official website. Right on the home page, click the “apply now” button in the upper right corner of the screen.

To begin your application, provide the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) and telephone number. Then you have to complete the first step of the application form.
