- Log in to your FNB mobile banking app;
- Go to the “eWallet Services” option in the main menu;
- Select “View eWallet Transactions” and find the transaction you want to reverse;
- Tap on the transaction and select “Reverse Transaction”;
- Confirm the reversal by entering your mobile banking PIN or using biometric authentication.
Once confirmed, the funds will be returned to the eWallet account.
To confirm that everything went well, a notification will be sent to the sender and receiver of the transaction.

What other fees does the FNB eWallet charge?

With each operation, you must pay a fee of R2. For every R100 transferred, you must pay a fee of R2.30.

After six months of no activity in your wallet, you will pay a “fine” of R4.95 monthly. Every time you send money to your wallet, you are entitled to a free withdrawal.
If you want to make additional withdrawals, you will have to pay an amount of R11 per operation. If you opt for withdrawals at partner retail stores, you’ll pay R2 each.
